An extraordinary quality and a very interesting sensory profile: this describes the 2015 vintage of our Bardolino Chiaretto DOC Classico, thanks to a very positive trend in the harvest: the favorable weather conditions have contributed to a perfect state of grapes ripeness and have given us the opportunity to concentrate solely on the qualitative aspect in the cellar.

Bardolino Chiaretto of 2015 vintage has a bright coral colour with bold copper hues. Excellent aroma and intensity of fruit, the nose expresses gracefully memories of oregano, marjoram, raspberry and pomegranate, up to reveal mineral sensations, almost marine; the easy-drinking sip discloses cherry, citrus long sensations of bitter orange, lively acidity and it closes vibrant and harmonious.

Very versatile, Bardolino Chiaretto has the ability to be paired with a wide variety of dishes: fried seafood or vegetables (try it with fried zucchini flowers!), pasta dishes dressed with tomato, white meat or tasty fish products; perfect with the Caprese salad, Neapolitan pizza with anchovies, smoked carpaccio both meat and fish and prosciutto and melon. Fantastic with paella and with spicy Indian dishes, like the chicken curry.
