Shangri-La Hotel - Chengdu (China)

Santa Sofia will attend with Vinitaly International the International Wine and Spirits Show, as part of the China Food and Drinks Fair for Wine and Spirits, in Chengdu, for the first time host of the Shangri-La Hotel.

At the fair in Chengdu, the Unione Consorzi Vini Veneti DOC will present the book of the journalist Wu-Shuxian about Veneto wines and their territory, to promote the Venetian culture and the art of tasting. They have selected two wineries for the wine tasting workshops, including Santa Sofia, with Soave, Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone della Valpolicella.
