Purposes
The identifiable personal data you provide to us in a capacity as website user is subject to processing and will be processed and used directly by us to send newsletters and include you on our mailing lists for messages providing general information, upcoming business initiatives, advertisements of our services, and descriptions of our business activities, as well as the purposes connected and/or essential to providing these services. Your data will be processed for these purposes only if you give your explicit consent; however, if you do not provide the required data, the service cannot be provided.
Data handlers
The data provided will not be divulged to, sold to or be the subject of exchanges with third parties without your explicit consent, except for any instances where divulgation of the data is essential in order to fulfil the request. Newsletters will be sent using the Brevo tool, which handles unsubscribe requests automatically.
Storage period
The data you provide will be stored for no more than 2 years following the last contact or active correspondence, and if you request the deletion of your data, this will be performed with immediate effect. Upon the expiry of the storage period, your data will be destroyed or made anonymous, depending on the deletion and back-up procedures used.
Data subject’s rights
You have the right to ask the data controller to give you access to your personal data, to amend or delete it and to restrict the purposes for which it is processed. You can at any time request a complete statement of our data processing policy and your rights in relation to it by writing to the addresses provided by the controller, stated above.
Withdrawal of consent
You can at any time request the cessation of the data processing performed under the auspices of this privacy statement by sending written notice to the data controller. This will not prejudice the compliant operations performed until that moment.
Right to object
