AIS Murgia presents "Beviamo in Verticale (vertical drinking) - Amarone della Valpolicella from Santa Sofia winery", a travel through the latest vintages of our most important and well-known wine. The last wine of the tasting is our Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, the most ancient wine in the Valpolicella winemaking history and the father of Amarone.

• Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico 2006-2007-2008-2009
• Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico 2011
• Gioè Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico 2007
• Recioto della Valpolicella DOC Classico 2009

Our wines will be presented by Giuseppe Baldassarre, AIS Murgia events coordinator and member of AIS educational committee.
The chef of Cortenova Ricevimenti proposes some regional dishes to pair with the wines.
