A full day will be dedicated to wine and culinary excellence of the Veneto region: 300x100 Wine Experience is the event organized by Associazione Italiana Sommelier Veneto on Saturday, March 5th, at Villa Emo in Fanzolo di Vedelago (Treviso), which present 300 of the 100 best wines of Veneto’s wineries.
We propose for the tasting the wines selected in the wine guide AIS Vinetiae 2016:
To liven up the event there are the inevitable pairing with the traditional food of Treviso and the Veneto region: cheeses, meats, baked products and pastries, the fish of the Venetian Lagoon. In addition, from 11.00 to 17.00 the kitchen churn a themed dish for all the guests.
The wine tasting takes place in the beautiful location that the Venetian nobleman Leonardo Emo commissioned around 1558 to Andrea Palladio. Villa Emo is one of the most accomplished Palladian villas that since 1996 is part of the UNESCO Heritage site.
